- Do I need an appointment?
- Walk-ins are always welcome! But if you want to make sure we have a spot ready for you (and your favorite tech is available), booking ahead is your best bet. We can almost always fit you in the same day, so feel free to give us a call!
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We take cash, Venmo, and all major credit/debit cards. Heads up - cash or Venmo helps us keep costs down, so we love those! We also have an ATM on-site if you need it.
- How long do services typically take?
- Basic manicures usually take 30-45 minutes, pedicures about 45-60 minutes, and gel or enhancement services can take 60-90 minutes. We'll give you a time estimate when you book!
- Do you sterilize your equipment?
- 100%! All our metal tools go through an UV sterilizer, and we use fresh disposable files and buffers for every client. Want extra peace of mind? You can buy your own personal tool set and we'll keep it here just for you.
- Can I bring my own nail polish?
- Of course! Bring whatever polish you love. We've also got tons of colors and premium brands here if you want to browse.
- What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
- Just come with clean, dry nails - don't worry about removing old polish, we've got that covered! For pedicures, avoid shaving your legs 24 hours before to prevent any irritation.
- Do you offer group bookings or parties?
- Absolutely! We love hosting groups for birthdays, bachelorettes, or just a fun day out with friends. Give us a call at (858) 273-0939 or text (855) 497-5678 and we'll set something up!
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We get that life happens! Just give us at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your spot to someone else.
- Do you offer custom nail designs?
- Yes! Whether you want simple accent nails or something super intricate, we're here for it. Bring inspo pics from Pinterest or Instagram, or check out our portfolio for ideas!
- What types of nail enhancements do you offer?
- We do acrylics, gel-x, dip powder, and builder gel. Not sure which is right for you? Our techs can help you figure out what works best for your lifestyle and nails.
- How long do gel nails and extensions last?
- Gel manicures usually last 2-3 weeks, and extensions (acrylics, gel-x) about 3-4 weeks before you'll need a fill. It really depends on how fast your nails grow and how you take care of them!
- Can you fix a broken nail or do repairs?
- For sure! We can fix broken nails, chips, or replace individual extensions. Walk-ins are cool for quick repairs, but give us a call first if you can - it helps us fit you in faster.
- Do you offer any guarantees on your services?
- Yep! All gel and enhancement services come with a 7-day no-fault warranty. If something's not right within a week, just come back and we'll fix it for free. We want you to love your nails!
- What is your refund policy?
- We do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered, but if you're not happy, please tell us right away! We'll make it right through our 7-day warranty or with a complimentary touch-up. Your happiness matters to us.
